Gibraltar’s Eastside is just a short drive from the bustling city centre and the business hubs of the Westside, yet it differs: it is quieter, the pace of the day slightly slower. The area will be landscaped, and the development, which boasts high quality finishes throughout, will also achieve an “A” rating in terms of both energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
This collection of deluxe apartments and penthouses will include features such as oak engineered wood flooring, fitted wardrobes in all the bedrooms, panoramic balconies with glass balustrades, air conditioning, under floor heating and fully-fitted kitchens. Video door entry systems, communal area CCTV, secure post boxes and smoke and heat detectors in each apartment will add to the sense of high-end city living.
Clemence Suites is an effective entry-point into what is set to become a sought-after area in terms of property investment.
